no. i was thinking that the ts might be using up more than was needed to do the job? it was a tip from a friend, said that ts would use up all that u would let it

if you're on broadband and not having any problems, there's no need to limit TS bandwidth. if you are on dial-up, then it's something you migh want to consider.
