Yeah Kronic, I think the script changer is kewl, but what I am saying is being able to talk to all the channels in the sub group at once without having to switch channels, so if you wanted to brag , With the way I have it set, you can be in the iraqi channel, hit the * key and everyone in the DCF channel will hear you, but you won't hear them unless they do the same.

I agreed. I wasnt arguing that, was just stating a point about that setup

Unless you know that someone talked to you on ALL coms, then you will by nature reply on TEAM coms.

Im also the one who suggested binding a key to talk to ALL :o (when we were playing ctf last night)

ok, how about this. Setting up so that you can talk to everyone all the time, but having a key bound to talk just to those in your sub channel. That way, everyone can be talking, but you can filter out the other team when you want to say something to just your team....

?

yeah...you would still need to be in the sub channel....and it would force people to use push to talk, cause you have to bind keys to do that I believe. I dont' think you can set up voice activation for all channel talk

ok, you can't set it to talk to all the channels when you are in a sub channel with voice activation, you have to set a button to talk. So I guess that goes back to my first suggestion.

Be in a sub channel with buttons to talk to just sub channel and button to talk to all channels.


Might be confusing at first, but it could make the games more fun when you don't know if they know hwere you are. My 2 cents.

Unless there is more than like 8 people in ts I dont care for it at all I like being able to chat with everyone its part of the fun

I can't do "€":s in game, wich sucks, that why I have diffrent name in game and in TS. If I remember it correct, the name had to be exacly the same if the script is to work in game and while your in TS..right?

IMO there is really no sweet that there are a lot of people in the same channel, people laughing and cursing at each other for getting KIA and so on..Hilarious IMHO:*cough* Zeus yelling "SW€D€ you fu**ing co**sucker...when he get killed up by the wall in the bridge map CTF...Lol *cough*

It's part of the game to chat with eachother and get pissed
