Angry This authentication key has already been used.

That's the message I got when I created my account for WoW this morning. And now I have to wait until 1200 EST to contact blizzsupport.

If I could find the person that stole the key...

Where did you get it from? Most stores will take returns on games ONLY if you exchange it for the same product.

Wal-Mart. And that particular one has a no-return policy on opened software boxes.

I would try contacting them by phone and tell them what happend. Ask for a manager too. If that doesn't work, contact Blizzard again and tell them what happend. Maybe they can see if the key is active right now and shut it down.

Called Blizzard: in order to get the key replaced, I have to send them the case and a copy of the receipt. So i get to wait another 2 weeks or so before I can play it.

ask if you can send a digital picture of the case, and a fax/scan of the recipt.

take that shit back to Wal-Mart and demand they exchange it. they sold you a "defective" product. ask to speak with the manager and get loud if you have to.
