evenbalance.com released a Replacement program for Pbweb it's called Pbsetup.(It's in public Beta phase but works good for me.)
You put it in a directory of your liking E.G.: "C:\Program Files\Pbsetup" and on the first run you tell it what games you have Installed.
It will update and even repair the Punkbuster files of those games.

looks good, though i'll wait for it to be out of beta. PB can be very finicky. i don't want to piss it off.
