I am current making a steam community group for non-nsn members.
The reason: To keep non-nsn members up-to-date on events and news including new servers we are hosting and "nsn vs all" events. Also, we will be having player of the week/month! etc.

edit: -master of "some weapon, randomly picked" <- most kills with that wpn or something

This would all have to be based of stats, but I don't think the HL stats are configured properly for our server so this doesn't seem possible for the time being. It's an excellent idea though.
