Just letting you know, is this happening to anyone else? Also, no one is in the server, so that might be a problem

Yep that would be the boys at EA screwing up and sending out an OLD version of the linux server files. Assassin contact me on XFire.

sorry guys, the Linux server files are broken. word is that there will be a fix early next week. Ninjaserve admins, check the private section.

Yes, EA had updated their amd-64 server binaries to match the demo version, but not their 32 bit binaries. The email from EAMike more or less said:

"Oh well, we're calling it a night, have a good weekend, and we'll try and get it fixed early next week

"

We'll have a permanent home for it once that is done.

Cannon, you may want to look into adding this to the server, I have heard it works great with no problems, and gets rid of the incredibly short rounds.

Unlock all weapons, server side, clients dont need to do anything:

1. Open python\bf2\stats\unlocks.py
2. Go to line 44
3. Change the line
defaultUnlocks = [0, 0, 0, 0, 0, 0, 0]
to
defaultUnlocks = [1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1]
4. Enjoy all the weapons

This needs to be used server-side only. I've tested this myself by downloading
the win32 dedicated server and running it on my own computer. Works great

If you use this on your server, please add "Unlocked weapons" to your server
name so people can easily find it.
