Absolutely NEED more idlers...

Come on guys, we need to get more people idling on the BF2 server, ALOT more than there are currently. The only other person aside from myself that does this on any consistent basis is Hyvatti (Thank you!) but if this server is ever going to get any momentum, it's GOT to happen.

Gemini, I saw you had a decent turn out yesterday, let's repeat that over and over and over

Something is going on with my ISP so my ping keeps ramping, getting me kicked from the server for high ping (Don't know how many times I put myself back on the server this weekend because of that alone)

Anyone else that can even throw themselves on there before work/school every day, please do so.

I want to see ALL of our servers populated and thriving, as I'm sure you guys do too.

Absolutely do Cannon. I don't own BF2 but it's not that expensive. I'll look into picking it up next chance I get and helping out.

You might even want to check eBay, I had seen a New/Sealed copy there (including all the expansions) for 15-20, even so the same isn't much more expensive in the store nowadays.

ya man... but unfortunately. im not gonna lie. i got on when there were 2 idlers on. and with 3 total on thats when ppl started joining. i tried idling for the rest of the day after everyone left and nobody ever rejoined.

i thinks we should organize bf2 game nights. that would really help it alot.
same with COD4.

also... who is "finn hopalong bunny"? that guy was idling when i was there last time. well anyways. he is idling tonight so i will idle tonight too.

That's my other computer, I leave that idling while I play on another one. :-)

With my main game machine I have a problem that it disconnects network every now and then, no use setting that up idling. Something about network chip or drivers. Maybe a reinstall of Windows XP helps. Fortunately the other one, the 'bunny', stays pretty reliably on the server.

i get disconnected too! i dont know why tho. it just says connection to server has been lost.
