Looking for a few good admins

NinjaServe is currently seeking people who are interested in administrating on our BF2 Ranked server.

As tradition goes around here, NinjaServe chooses admins from members of it's community. This time around though, instead of picking admins directly ourselves, we're going to take applications from members who feel that they are up to the task of regulating the server. Admining a server is not as easy as it looks however. Admining a server takes a lot patience and self restraint. In every online game there are jerks and idiots. How an admin deals with these types of people can often make or break a server's population. It's too easy to just immediately kick or ban someone from a server which can lead to a server and community getting a bad reputation. This is something we actively work to avoid but at the same time try and keep the nuisance people off of our servers. At times it can be a delicate balance.

Here's some of the things we expect from our admins:
-Active Teamspeak user.
-Patience when dealing with unruly guests on the servers. Your conduct as an admin can directly affect this community and it's sponsor.
-Breaking away from your game to make room on a server for someone who requests it on Teamspeak.
-Stopping your gameplay to resolve issues with other players.
-Occasionally exiting your game and joining another server to solve a problem.
-You must be active in playing and proactive with problems on servers. We don't want admins who aren't around and those who are going to ignore problems with servers or players.
-You will be required to professionally deal with any complaints made against you by someone you kicked or banned.
-If you're in a clan you will be required to drop from that clan and either join one of the clans hosted by NinjaServe, or create your own active clan and have it hosted here.

If you feel you have the type of patience and restraint needed in dealing with online gamers, we would like to hear from you. Please take a few minutes to answer these basic questions and then Private Message them to me here on the forums. Incomplete applciations will be rejected immediately.

-How often(hours or days) do you play on NinjaServe servers?
-What is your age?
-What mods or games do you actively play?
-What mods or games do you think you will be playing when they are released?
-Which servers you would like to admin on.
-List the days and times that you are most likely to be available for admining.

Unfortunately it's just not feasible to make everyone here an admin so we have to be selective in who we chose. There are many things we take into account when we choose admins and the decisions are never easy. If you aren't selected, please don't take it personally.

Hi my name is =NR= 2142Slayer.Real name is John.i like playing bf2 and this server.I'm on this server about 12 am to 9 pm most of the the times. (NEW YORK TIME)Through out the days when i play i always see racist, and foul language spoken.They make fun of the =NR= and the =nsn= clan.i have seen people use hacks.when i am playing i hardly see any =NR= or =nsn= members.That is y i am asking if i can be a admin.May i please be a admin.THANK YOU FOR YOUR TIME

Hey Guys,
Sorry about the lack of action on my part of late, work has been a pain in the rear. I've slowed my WoW playing to almost nill because the game is starting to become monotonus. As for other games I don't play that much anymore. My sights have turned back to BF2 and I'm starting to read up on the posts in the NinjaServe.org Forums as well as the posts on the =nsn= pages. Here's my application for Admin. As stated by Horse, no hard feelings if not accepted. I just want to try and give back to our community by being there for our family and friends. Horse... Tank... Application was sent to ya'll in PM since that is what was said to do.

I'd like to put in a good word for Tag. I've played with him many times since coming to NS and he's always been a good player and has the maturity and judgement we need in an admin.

Hey I am =NR=Venture, real name is Andrew and I am 16. I play on the WC3 server alot. I would not mind server admin on the CS:S WC3 server, not because there is alot of hackers, or idiots but just to ensure the fun and satisfaction people get out of your servers. I am currenty an admin on two other servers so I know how to deal with people the appropriate way.

Question: I am currently in a "Clan" (That's what they call it but I see it as a group of buddies) aswell as in =NR= would that make any complications in being an admin?

I actively play CS:S about 3 or more hours a day but the times I play are scattered depending on plans.. It ranges from all day whether it be 2:00 am or 2:00 pm. I own BF2 but it is not working currently so you wont see me on there.

my name is alex

i play in the ninjaserve ranked free pron server 5-6 hours a day

my age is 16

i mostly play quake4 and bf2

i might play bf3 if it comes out

i would like to admin on the ninjaserve RANKED free pron!

i would be on from 1:00-10:00 monday-friday and sometimes on the weekend

if i do not get picked, there will be no hard feelings if not chosen but dont let my age effect me not becoming an admin..i am trustworthy and i do follow the rules..i want to become an admin so that this server is clean and so that people can have fun..thanks!
