With the release of the game coming up in a few weeks, We just wanted to see who was interested in a server and how big a server people would be interested in.

I'm not going to run a poll as there are too many different variables involved (size, yes|no, etc)

Please just let us know if you're interested and what you'd like to see.

I am sure that I will be playing it, but on the same hand are they gonna have the same ranked type servers that we have to purchase again.. We need to decide if its worth the headache and money..

I don't plan on getting it right away, but I say stay unranked. It's too much money and headaches to do ranked.

Well as beta tester BF2142 ranked will be the way to go bf2 is going to be pasey so it can go unranked as bf2 is losing

right now and hard to fill all the time.

It would only need to be 32-40 player

don't want it any bigger even only 32 player will be good.

I'll get a demo to see if they fixed the Game.

I probably won't be getting it... As much as I loved BF2, I still feel like I got burned in the long run. Be it the patches (or lack of?) or the constant "booster packs" to zap money out of you, I'm confident BF2142 will be handled much the same way.

Plus, eh... it's mechs and futuristic shit. Give me a M16 and a M1A2 any day over that sci-fi stuff.

I'm pretty sure I will be getting it. As for the server, Ranked, 32 or 40 players should be good. The BF2 ranked server was great when playing 32 players.
Being that it will be the NEW game, if we don't go with a ranked server I don't think it will be very popular.
Just my 2 cents.

Thats how I feel I like it realistic.. not much of a sci fi fan.. when it comes to gaming that is..
