How bout do a "Private room"? Like thats the place you can talk privatly to someone with out being disturbed.

That's what PMs are for. We don't need to create a room for people's own prvt conversations. The admins have a place to talk privately and there are plenty of rooms that you can slip into for a min to talk privately.

admins also have the ability to create unregistered channels. the channel disappears when the last person leaves.
