You should consider changing the title for ninjaserve.org and for the fourm index.
Search engines rank it better when it is related to what ever it is you are about. What works for me is having the phrase that you are targeting in there at least 2 times.
Example:
Ninjaserve Online Gaming - Battlefield 2 Online Gaming Community
(If you are targeting online gaming or online gaming community)
I would not try to target ninjaserve because that is called branding and unless you have a strong branded name, it really does not matter because nobody is really searching for it.
(if you go to cannons site, you will see an example of what i mean. it is branded, but he chose a keyword phrase that he feels would bring the most traffic to his index.html page.)
He uses "affordable game servers" in his title and when you google it, guess what? Its naturally ranked #2.
