Orc nades have angered many, including myself. They do so much damage with so little skill. I think some possible/reasonable solutions would be to :

1) reduce it to maybe 4x damage
2) have a "nade immunity" item available on the shopmenu
3) replace it with a related skill, such as being able to "regenerate" grenades, and do normal damage, time based on skill (60/45/30/15 seconds)
4) limit 1 or 2 orcs per team, or limit depending on amount of players (5:1)
5) only allow orcs to use a limited amount of grenades per round
6) restrict the use of orc-nades at the beginning of the round (30 seconds)

anything else? i dunno maybe some are going too far the other way but many people beleive something should be done about this.. tell me what you think
