I'm pretty sure this is in a thread somewhere but i like other people dont know about it. So if i get redirected oh well...

The point here is we need to get rid of the

ing ETB. I was playing today and KetchupFace was really trying not to stack but every time he could get to the other side lovely ETB sent him back to the stack. Tulkis even switched him and ETB switched him back. In design this is a usefull tool, but i don't think i've seen this thing work correctly once.

If we get rid of the POS there wouldn't be to great of a problem. Yes you'll have your stackers but most of our regulars will get so pissed off they'll just report it. (I would do this.) Plus if the MOTD clearly states no stacking, which it currently does, and says somthing like "If you see a hacker, stacker, exploit etc. report it on our forums at Ninjaserve.org", not only will we gain members in our community but we'll take the place of that damn ETB.

Not to mention, this server lived before ETB, it'll live after it. Stacking rules still apply, Jelly will still do the unmerciful banning, and life will go on.

Remedyz I think you have a good point, and yes regulars will stop the stackers and it usually does work... I have seen ETB work a couple of times and it is a usefull tool when admins are not on, the way ETB works though does not go well with the game, it is not smart enough to see if the teams were 10-0 it'll switch the top player to help. BUT what it does not do is switch according to skill. If the top player is the team then they lose it the teams will be stacked to shit on the losing side (That's where the 4+ rule is garbage but that's different story. ) So if we can assure the regualrs will switch and take care of the server as an admin should throw ETB away the problem with that is half the regular players do not obey the rules and when an admin isn't on they think "FREE FOR ALL" kinda thing. As I am saying regulars take care of the server as if it were your own and we can all be a much happier with this stacking problem.

my solution is screenshots and banning... i'd do it especially if ppl wont switch just to be dicks.
