Forums suggestion

A "close thread" button that the thread creator could use. I think that would be a nice addition. For when the thread creator feels his/her issue has been solved.

ah, but what if the person just makes a huge rant or tells someone off? he could just close it, and we/you would be inclined to make ANOTHER thread to retort, things like that will just get ridiculous.

sorry but admins are the ones who decide if a thread should be closed or not, remember, we do this for the best for you.

Sorry I should have made myself clearer. What I said that having their issue solved they could close the thread, I was trying to imply that such an option would be available for such forums as "Been banned?" and "Help me!", where the person could close his/her thread after receiving an answer.

I do see exactly what you mean by the ranting though, but in that case I would suspend/ban that persons forum account for being an idiot.
