Can you make "Weapons" in a mod? B/c I think it would be cool if you killed someone with Trueshot, that it would show a custom icon for it. As in, how it usually shows a gun, there would be an actual picture instead of the crossbones. I don't even know if this is possible though...

No, you cannot add custom gun sprites, or HUD sprites. This is due to the method that sources uses. In the old cs they used individual sprites, so it was easy to add new ones. However in source all the weapons are stored in a font.
