Stryker412 was kind enough to stop by our forums to say hello so I thought I'd return the gesture. It's good to see another community thriving here and nice to know that there are still EoD and DC servers out there!

We are a community of online gamers similar to your own. Our average age is probably well above the average age of the online gaming community. We play for fun and pride ourselves in trying to provide an environment free of the stupidity that you tend to run into often while playing games on the internet. We host several game servers including BF2 ranked, Star Wars Battlefront II, BF1942, DoD:Source, CS:Source, Jedi Academy, CS 1.6, and DoD 1.3 servers.

Give it time. It's got a long way to go, but Valve will continue to improve it and add content as they are famous for doing. In a year's time, I bet we will see a huge improvement. Even within the next two months, I expect things to improve dramatically with more maps to be added and an SDK release which will stimulate custom maps.

Bear with us on our Battlefront II server. It may be a wild, untamed frontier for a few days for a few reasons. #1 We are going to use SWBF2SM from BlackBagOps, but it's got some issues right now. Without that, admin and auto-admin is not as smooth as it will be eventually. #2 We also have some convincing to do with our own members to buy into this game after being sorely disappointed with the previous version. Because of that, the admin presence on the server may be light in the beginning. It will get better!

Can you add the assault map on Mos Eisley with all the heroes? That map is badass.

We'll tweak our map rotation eventually. Right now we're just going to keep it simple and go with conquest mode for the land maps and assault mode for the space maps.

I didn't want to step on any toes here as I wasn't sure what was acceptable, so I thought I'd post in this thread. If anyone has ever played on our Battlefield 1942 server, [OSF] The Ardennes Forest, and is looking for it again, it has moved to a new IP address. The new address is 69.30.224.164:14567. It used to be full daily, but now we are struggling to bring it back to capacity. The move to a new address was not something we chose, but now we have to deal with the consequences of it unfortunately. If you are in the mood for a little vanilla BF1942, please drop by our server again and help us to get it back on track!
