it's in your user control panel(usercp) under signature.
1. get a pic you want to use(not a big one).
2. have it hosted somewhere(plenty of free hosting sites around or maybe your ISP gives you a small amount of webspace).
3. once you have the pic hosted, get the link to the pic and wrap the link with [img] at the beginning of it, and [/img] at the end. put it in your sig box in the usercp.

go look at your signature box in your usercp. you'll see that link to the Eagles banner in there hosted at my ISP's site with the [img] code wrapped around it.
