she did it with the adobie photoshop elements 5.0 its like the base base edition i belive. she can only have 5 layers becaus it becomes to big to load on the website she did it after 1 hour of studing stuff off the net. she said shell take any sugjestions or links to get the good at doing them then she said she'll do stuff for the site and the nsn members
