Ok, this is for a friends labtop I'm working on. His main drive (C) won't defrag completely. The programs that are the most fragmented won't defrag at all. When it's done, the report just says the following programs were not defraged. Most are system files but others are just standard files. How can I make them defrag? The files account for about >35 percent of his main hard drive. (The drive is only 2 gigs)
