I have uninstalled and re-installed BF1942 and its mods trying to fix this and still no effect, whenever I play BF42 mods I still get the same menu and loading music as if I were playing BF42...its not effecting the game or anything but damn its annoying, has anyone had this problem before or any tips on how to fix it?

turn off menu and loading music

but seriously, might want to make sure that the music folders are there and working, and could disable the music folder in 42

if that's possible of course

What are you talking about? The load in music and video from EA games when you first start the game. The big tank battle and EA splash logo?

Pretty sure he means when he loads a map and when he is in the menu screen. (where you pick your mods, single player or multi-player)

yea what smurf said, when I am either loading a map before playing or when I am in the mod menu screen I still have the BF42 music instead of the mod music
