Saitek joysticks

DO NOT DL NEWEST DRIVERS!! Short and sweet of it ur computer will not like you anymore. Vietnam/DC will crash and ull be sad. Also ive gotten the question of "how do i make a ts talk button on my joystick?". You have to install the profiler software first, came with cd or dl from saitek.com. This will allow you to map a button to be a keyboard key. Hope this helps.

I just picked up the Cyborg EVO, and I love it, with the exception of the left drift that alot of people seem to be experiencing, even after 'calibrating' it and installing their beta EVO drivers Even DXTweak2 shows the Axis' being pegged right where they should be, dead center.

Though, I'm running all of the latest drivers and haven't had an issue with DC or BFV crashing yet (thankfully) due to them.

Other than that and having to constantly correct for the drift (adds one more interesting aspect to helo piloting, as if I didn't have enough!), it's pretty solid and I like it alot better than my Cyborg 3D Gold that just went bad on me.

Hey great news for all of you who use Saitek products. They just released their updated software and drivers! This is good because now you can use their Deadband utility to stop drifting! My x45 finally flies straight!

PS works fine in battlefield b/c I just got done playing.

Be wary of those new saitek drivers and dead band utilities.....was working fine till I restarted my cpu, now nothing but probs with stick. Going to reinstall everything from windows up (need to be done, but I wanted to do on my terms, not saiteks!)

Hey....yeah....don't use those drivers yet. Saitek just removed them from their website due to the calibrator messing up after a restart. Hint, don't calibrate.
