wininet.dll virus

I have an infected version of wininet.dll. I cannot think of anywhere if would have come from. The strange thing is T3Kjoe had the same problem I do just a week ago. Has anyone else had this recently? I was just wondering if there is a connection between this and a link somewhere on the forums to prevent it from spreading. I am not sure what it does yet, so far it has changed a couple little settings. The most noticable thing is a window opens to look like your background saying you have spyware click on this link to get the leading software. (C:\Windows\warnhp.html)

I think I should have it fixed now I'm just not sure if it came from a link on the forums. I don't think Horsepower would want that to be the case.

i doubt it's anything here. i'll run a virus scan on my system before i go to work. wouldn't hurt for other people to do the same.
