WTF! Game Daemons?

Ok so I've been getting TERRIBLE pings to the bf2 server, so I go to gamedaemon's site and submit a trace route ticket. WITH ALL THE INFO THEY ASK FOR, however I got this back today...

Wilson,

Please resubmit your traceroute as it was incomplete.

THanks,

STephan

They want me to register to view that. Can you C&P? I just ran a TR with no problems. Average ping of 20ms.

Yea, what routes are you using, bonez, ive been working with those all week. Telus has been doing work on *increasing* routes this past week, whatever the fck that means...I just dont remember ANYTHING between the server and you.

any chance you could send me a second trace? Ive got some gripes with telus and if they keep this up im gonna start changing routes.

I am having a similar issue with connection to the server. Mine is very jumpy. I go fro, a 20 ping then shoot up to a 500+ ping. Not very consistent at all lately. I usually chalk it off as my connection, but i am getting 8mbps down and 700 up.

Here it is when its good.

posting a good one isn't gonna help. run 'em when you're having problems.

yea, and i was mainly focusing towards bonez, he uses telus routes.
you cant troubleshoot telus routes due to their naming schema. Ive gotta submit an up request to the list and they return the route plan for my system.

its like going to the doctor and he says somethings wrong with your stomach...he wont tell you what, so you have to submit forms to check to see that each organ is working.

Uh, no.

try sending that to GD again. Speakeasy owns GD so the chances of getting it fixed are good. let us know how it goes.
