Need help or i cant play WC3

My choke on the server is still horrible. Its not on my side, at least i dont see how it could be. my rates are right, im getting no choke on ne other server but ours. Im talking 20-50 choke constant. Its unplayable. Just had my internet upgraded, its not that... i have 10 down now, and my ping dropped to around 30 on other servers... on ours its still 99... Please help. I cant even admin because everyone jumps... sigh

start by pinging the server in a dos window to see at which point you are getting lagged and call your isp

Why won't my site respond? Is the server down?

Ping the server and trace cert it. Someone will beable to tell you what's up. Then you have to call your ip provider and bitch at em.

MS DOS = Start> Run> cmd

ok, im hopping 18 times to the server, and the last hop is killing me.... im talking almost double the ping time, im guessing that hop is to the server.

its to mail.dawebhost.net. Thats not a good sign, such a big hop. I still need some guidance. ISP is claiming its server side.

that's a problem possum. about the first 6 or so are your isp's. after that, it's probably outside their control. did our isp look at your trace cert results or did they basically just tell you to f off? when i had a problem (and i finally got to a person with a brain who didnt assume it was my NIC) they gave me a trace program to run and then i sent them the results so they could see. however, my problem was the 6th hop, one of their servers.

call the bad hop and tell them off.

last time i tried to connect to the server it was really wierd cause my internet wouldnt work inside css but when i alt tabbed out it would work and when i went back in it would stop working.. i know this cause i tried to use steam community or w/e in it to prove it strange huh? i havent tested it again yet though.. ill try tmr

They said after the 7th or so, it was not under their control. They told me they looked at it, and from wut they saw, there was nothing wrong my side and they couldnt do nething about it, aside from telling me to contact the final hop and tell them whats happening
