Help setting up my own site.

Me and a few of my buddies want to set up a website for Wisconsin rollerblading. You know the nice aggressive stuffs. The few ideas off the top of my head would be a home page to point us to movies, forums. other media, some sort of picture and a quick annoucement. I'm really rusty on my html but my friend isn't.

The real problem is setting up forums. And i mean forums for cheap. I don't want to play 80 to lease v bulletin. ideas?

Do you have PHP and MySQL on your web hosting? If yes, get phpBB-3, is of course some work but then again if you are not willing to pay and got the time.

Free forums

I do not know about them but there are some links to supposedly free forums at phpBB • Creating Communities Worldwide

I'm going to ask about both of those. I didn't find the servers personally. Thanks for the free link.

Badazz huh? I love the one click script installer...the current offerings of it (a lot more will be added) are:
MyBB1.2.9
Cutenews1.4.5
phpBB2.0.22
mediawiki-1.11.0
WordPress2.3.1
osCommerce
phpBB3_Stable
SMF1.1.4

And more to come...but that doesnt mean you are limited to just these...just these come with it.
