this guy is an obvious h4xer who openly admits it. h4x, spams both chat and voice. Although banning these guys doesn't do much, it's something.
Also be aware he comes on asking who is admin before starting anything.

myg0t is a hacker clan and not just in cs but also hacking website. They where known a lot in cs 1.3. So anyone whit a clan tag myg0t is a cheater or have cheat on is pc.
