Here's the demo....
He threatened to hack my comp, too, but I'm fairly sure he's all talk. I did get several warnings of someone trying out several ports on my computer from the same ip address, but nothing got through. Most he could try would probably be a D.O.S. attack, but doubt he'll bother. Here's the demo link...let me know if it doesn't work...

can you explain..first of all how you got his IP and second of all how he got yours??? CS:S is designed off of a non-loopback serverside-forward netcode, essentially the only way to get an ip is to get the server to report it back to you (admin auth) or to check the serverlogs.
neither of those should you have access to.

Here's how...
How he got mine, I have no clue, but I got his from when Norton picked up his access attempts. He'd ping me with one i.p., then immediately switch to an alternate i.p. and begin scanning ports 1026 and 1027 (the ports most commonly used to install a trojan horse on someone's comp) to try and find a hole. Fortunately, my firewall and Norton picked it up and told me the ip he was coming from (probably a fake).

Dv... I think he means his firewall alerted him of several attacks that all were from the same IP... he doesn't know if it was the guy or just coincedence (spelling?)

yeah...
Could have been coincidence, but they started almost immediately after he left the server.

Im guessing that was a coincidence...I find it improbable that he got your ip.
Not to mention, nobody uses those ports anymore..
