I brought it to someone else's attention earlier, but this guy has been doing it continually...

Whenever the teams are stacked and AGS Side-Effect is on the winning team, he will quit the game and often re-join rather than switch sides. If this doesn't meet the definition of stacking, I don't know what does. He never responds to repeated requests to move, either.

Just something to keep an eye out for...
