I actually just registered to your forums to also notify you of racial spamming. I'm not black, but I get very offended when people throw around the N word like its no big deal. I hope you guys can find some better ways to get rid of this problem. I know there are filters that you can add on to your server to stop this kind of thing, but maybe you also need to see about giving some of your more regular, responsible members a little more access so they can take care of problems like this on the spot.

Just a couple suggestions, hope this helps.

We are currently moving in a positive direction to handle these situations.

If you catch anyone using racial insults, constantly swearing even after being asked to stop or being abusive in any way, please let us know.

If you think anyone is hacking please take a demo and let us know.

Typing status in console will give you the persons handle and their steam ID. The steam ID is what we need to ban them.

Typing record <name> will begin to record a demo of the person you are currently spectating. Typing stop in console while recording will stop the demo.

Websites such as RapidShare: 1-Click Webhosting will allow you to upload the demo to their website, so we in turn can download the demo from them with relative ease, watch it and pass judgement.
