interesting, wish I could get my hands on the article he wrote to better form my own opinion on what happened, but from this interview alone it would seem Sony may have over reacted or done what any corporate office would do if an employee bad mouthed the product.

I read it awhile back. Basically he said the XBOX360 at this point was much more impressive.

they mostly fired him for breaking the NDA. which he basically didn't because he got two other employees and his supervisor to also read it and they said it was fine.
