Then go online with your 360 and register with your new hotmail account, enter the password, and enter these into the info slots:

Street Name: just make up one

After that, sign up for a silver account (should be at bottom with $000)

After all that you go to:

Marketplace>Demos>Genre>Shooter>RSV>Demo

Worked for me, but for all I know it could have already been released in North America... I didnt check.
