Its not a high end tv, and I am not a HD expert, but visually, this thing works well.

Keep in mind that the specs on frys are NOT right. They are showing specs for the 3201.

I received the 3201D which is a step up.

If anyone has any questions about this TV let me know because i have been using it for a week and for the most part am very happy with the quality HD and also 499.00 for a 32 inch LCD is a bargain.

I would suggest that you call Fry's before buying this because like i said, they are advertising the 3201 and I received the 3201D. Either their web site is wrong, or I got a 3201D when i was supposed to get the 3201.
