Never heard of this site before, but I just got an email from them. From what I gather from their site, they sell OEM software that you can downoad and from reading the FAQ's can burn to cd.... they provide multiple language versions, as well.

Buyer beware. When something is too good to be true, it usually is. I would buy OEM software from places that have a good reputation like Newegg though.

That is Pirate stuff from China. It is a HUGE problem and it is just jacking up the price of legitimate software.

I get e-mails all the time from people like that. You can only buy software from real companies or you are pirating.
